Current context, not just an event.
The decision flow combines transaction details with account, device, payment, and recent-activity context—so teams can assess risk with a fuller picture.
Partner on the product ↗Conva’s early product connects account, session, device, and payment activity to return a fraud decision with reason codes. We’re looking for design partners to evaluate it against real workflows before putting it in the path of a live payment.
For teams where

DESIGNED FOR HIGH-VELOCITY TRANSACTIONS
Conva connects activity from account creation and sign-in through payment, disputes, and other post-payment outcomes. Its current decisioning uses transparent policy rules and returns reason codes. Customer-specific models are future work, considered only when real outcomes support them. Our service-side processing target is under 30 ms; network time is outside that measure.
Target service-side processing
time for supported decisions.
Conva connects the account, session, device, and payment instrument behind a transaction. Signals stay attached to the identity they came from, so a payment decision can reflect the fuller picture.
Repeated failed sign-ins, recent password reset, and a newly added card.

Partner on the product ↗Start with transparent, customer-specific controls in shadow mode. Evaluate decisions alongside your existing flow before introducing customer friction or blocking a payment.
How it works ↗Return an allow, step-up, review, or block recommendation with reason codes your team can evaluate and refine.
Get in touch ↗We’ll understand your transactions, existing controls, and the outcomes that matter.
Mirror selected inputs to evaluate profile-aware rules without changing your customer flow.
Review reason codes and outcomes together; use that evidence to refine controls and later assess a customer-specific model.
Our principle: earn the right to automate a decision with transparent controls and real evidence—not a black box.

If fraud or false positives are affecting your digital transactions, tell us what you’re seeing. We can discuss whether a shadow-mode evaluation makes sense before any decision affects a customer.
